SEA ZONE: In the future, a nuclear exchange has left the surface of the earth inhabitable. Foreseeing this possibility, the United States government constructed a series of underwater habitations known as SEA ZONEs to provide refuge for a portion of the population, as well as government and military leaders.

Life is harsh beneath the waves, and every day survivors are reminded that the ocean floor was no place meant for mankind. Despite that the underwater inhabitants persevere and attempt to make a life for themselves in these new circumstances.

Despite the reckless wars that led to the destruction of civilization on the surface, the cold depths of the ocean have not extinguished man's ambition, cruelty, or lust for destruction. Even now rival factions within the SEA ZONEs begin plotting more wars that will threaten the few survivors with extinction.
